v0.1.56 - One Lists home, and a fuller mobile app
- Lists are now one concept with a single Lists home — click into any list to see its records — and every place in the interface that used to say "group" now says "list."
- Every account starts with a General list that works as an inbox, so captures from the keyboard shortcut or from background enrichment always land somewhere findable.
- A newly captured record now lands in the list you currently have open, instead of a different list you can't see.
- Lists can be reordered up and down, moving their records along with them.
- Adds a Save to list action, with a setting (on by default) for whether each list keeps its own copy of a record or the single copy moves to the list you choose.
- Adds a Usage tab on the phone with a summary of recent enrichment activity across High, Medium, and Low cost tiers, plus a filter for phone-only activity.
- Adds bring-your-own-key support on the phone (OpenRouter, OpenAI, or a custom endpoint), with the key stored securely on the device and never shown back to you once saved.
- Tapping a record in a shared list on the phone now expands to show every field, with a button that opens its source link directly.
- Integrations now live in one editable home instead of a grid that navigated you away to a separate settings page.
- An expired sign-in now refreshes itself instead of failing repeatedly, and Google sign-in now reaches the extension and desktop app.
- Jobs can be removed from the Jobs list at any stage instead of getting stuck, and a hosted batch is announced as queued only after the server accepts it.
- Every surface now requires signing in, with a simplified screen that leads with Continue with Google or email; onboarding now leads with a choice of capture method — extension, desktop, or phone — instead of a model provider.
- Adds shared lists that work across every surface: publish a list to the cloud, invite collaborators by email, or share it as a public read-only link.
- The workspace now syncs automatically across the extension, desktop app, and phone, with a new Source column showing which device and surface captured each row.
- A failed sign-in now offers a way to choose another sign-in method instead of stalling, and a stray sign-in link that can't complete is handled cleanly.
- Fixes the keyboard-shortcut capture, which could show a success checkmark with no row actually created; it now always completes in the foreground and tells you when it is only queued.
v0.1.55 - New brand, public site, and mobile capture
- Renames the product to YourStasis across the extension, desktop app, and website, with new branding, icons, and a matching Google sign-in consent screen.
- Publishes a public marketing website with a homepage, a working Contact form, and Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.
- Fixes the Install page, which had been linking to a broken download; the Chrome extension download now works and stays pointed at the current release.
- Adds Continue with Google sign-in to the web app, matching the sign-in already available in the extension and desktop app.
- Adds an explicit choice of AI provider and model per capture route instead of one fixed default, so paid, local, and bring-your-own-key setups can be mixed.

- Fixes a failure that could block enrichment of Google Docs and Sheets on higher-cost model tiers, and fixes the capture keyboard shortcut so it no longer crashes on certain key presses.
Beta - July 18, 2026 - Integrations connector + background enrichment
- New ApplyOS flexible push connector sends URLs, rows, or a custom template with none, Bearer, HMAC, or Basic auth. It defaults to the live URLs + Bearer/none contract the endpoint accepts today, and its credentials are excluded from account snapshots.
- Background enrichment Stage 1 lets a shortcut capture taken with the side panel closed enrich in the service worker. It is hosted-mode only and opt-in, off by default.
- A new Integrations overview spans export destinations, automation and delivery, model providers, and platform hosting across the site.
v0.1.52 - Account foundations and safer release proof
- Signed-in account, Library, billing, referral, integration, credit, and progress surfaces now share one cross-device foundation while paid effects remain disabled.
- Normalized Library preview writes, observe-only credits, and Stripe adapters are reversible and do not replace the existing account snapshot read path.
- PKCE callbacks now require an explicit callback marker and reject ambiguous or duplicate authorization parameters.
- Chrome reviewer evidence now requires clean tracked source and records the exact package, commit, screenshots, and rollback target.
- All release metadata can be advanced with one strict version command, reducing stale extension, website, desktop, API, and test versions.

- JSON and NDJSON exports preserve active Prompt columns, source URLs, row order, and relevant group context without exporting settings or secrets.
- Successful Google Sheet and Doc exports retain a bounded, account-safe recent-file history with reopen, copy-link, and Sheet-reuse actions.
- Redo and Expensive retry show planning cost estimates; local and mock usage remains at zero estimated provider charge across reload and account sync.
