YourStasis turns links, text, and pages into spreadsheet-ready rows.

YourStasis is a Chrome extension and desktop app for people who keep a reference spreadsheet. Give it a URL, a block of rich text, a file, or the tab you are on, and it returns one reviewed, editable row — resource name, URL, description, notes, type, expertise, freemium, pricing, use cases, and region — that pastes straight into your existing Google Sheet.

With your permission it can also read the Google Doc or Sheet you currently have open, using that page as context to fill those fields in, and write finished rows back to Google Sheets or into a new Google Doc. Google access is optional: the workflow never blocks on it.

Hosted BYOK

Keep the hosted API while choosing your own OpenRouter or OpenAI key. Provider keys stay in local browser or extension storage and are not uploaded to account snapshots.

Continue from account creation to your first saved result

  1. Create a free account

    Use the account action above, then confirm your email when prompted. Existing users can sign in instead.

  2. Install the current beta extension

    The Chrome Web Store listing is not live yet. Download YourStasis v0.1.56 for Chrome, unzip it, then choose Load unpacked at chrome://extensions and select the unzipped folder. Pin YourStasis from Chrome's Extensions menu.

  3. Sign in from the extension

    Open the pinned extension or side panel, choose Sign in, and use the same account. Return here and use the sign-in action if you need to finish account access first.

  4. Save your first enrichment

    Capture a page, run an enrichment, review the row, then save an account snapshot after the first successful result. This keeps your non-secret workspace history available across the web app and extension.

Need the detailed install steps?

The beta is installed as an unpacked extension. Chrome's Update button does not fetch beta downloads, so extract a newer release over the same folder and reload the extension card when you upgrade. Once the Chrome Web Store listing is live, updates will arrive automatically and this step goes away.

Account sync

Bring your workspace with you

Create an account, confirm email when required, refresh your profile, and save the first account snapshot. Enable automatic sync only after that first manual save succeeds.

Snapshots include non-secret settings, prompts, rows, usage, logs, copy/export state, and provider-key status. They do not include raw API keys, sessions, or passwords.

Moving to another surface?

Sign in, load the snapshot, and choose Merge account history to keep local rows or Replace local history when the account should become the source of truth.

Finish in Google Sheets or Docs

Copy without a connection

Review rows, turn Headers on when needed, choose TSV, and paste into Google Sheets. This is the fastest path for a first run.

Export with Google connected

Connect Google only when you want the app to append to or create a Sheet, or create a Google Doc. Export respects selected rows, headers, and the active prompt's columns.
